I spent my Christmas here, and I gotta say, the cleanliness was on point! The staff were super friendly and accommodating, which made my stay a lot more enjoyable. Plus, the breakfast spread was surprisingly good, and I loved that they offered lunch and dinner too. The lobby's coffee was a nice touch for a cozy vibe!

But, wow, the checkout process was a nightmare! I waited over 40 minutes just to get things sorted, and it felt like no one knew what they were doing. some menu options were lacking—like, where's the simple chicken stew for the older folks? All in all, the service needs major improvement.

My recent stay was good, especially after I was upgraded to a room with a stunning view. The breakfast facility was a highlight, offering a delicious variety that fueled my mornings perfectly. the provided database made finding local attractions easy, enhancing my overall experience.

I did notice a slight issue with the Wi-Fi connectivity; it was occasionally spotty.

I really wanted to love this place, but the check-in took forever and they gave me a room that smelled like an ashtray. Absolutely disgusting. Instead of an upgrade or a simple complimentary gesture, i was treated like every other guest-shocking! It's like they've forgotten how to treat special guests like myself. So disappointing!

Highly recommend for solo travelers

The staff were fantastic, especially Kava breakfast crew. They were great, gave me my space as a solo traveler. And Tanushree from IRD were really good, sharing a lovely dessert platter at checkout. Subhojit was really helpful during dinner, securing some muffins for my journey. It was like Indian hospitality in full display here.
